How It Works

2.We run discovery and propose scope. You stay informed at every milestone.

3.If the client pays, you earn the referral fee. Paid after payment clears.

Referral Fee Structure

Standard Partner

10%

of the first paid project (services only)

Founding Partner (First 10)

15%

on your first closed referral, then 10% after

Conversion Bonus: +$500 if the client signs a recurring retainer within 60 days and pays the first recurring invoice.

Founding-phase cap: $2,500 per referred client. Commission earned only after payment clears.

Nonprofit Donation Option: Prefer to donate your referral fees? You can direct all or part of your commission to a 501(c)(3) of your choosing. We make the donation directly and send you confirmation.

Deal Protection

✓120-day protection window from the date we confirm your deal registration
✓Non-circumvention: we will not intentionally bypass you during the protection window
✓Milestone updates: you'll know when discovery is done, proposal sent, closed, and commission due

What Counts as a Qualified Referral

Must Include

✓Prospect opts in to the introduction
✓Includes a decision maker
✓A real trigger (insurance questionnaire, untested backups, incident, vendor change, growth)
✓Client not already in active discussion with Solanasis

Disqualifiers

✗Cold lists or scraped contacts
✗No authority, no urgency, no signal
✗Any arrangement requiring improper kickbacks
