What qualifies as a referral?

All four of these must be true:

  • The prospect opts in to the introduction (they know you're connecting them with Solanasis)
  • The introduction includes a decision maker (owner, CEO, COO, IT lead, or equivalent)
  • There is a real trigger behind the conversation (compliance questionnaire, untested backups, security incident, vendor change, or growth-driven strain)
  • The client was not already in active discussion with Solanasis at the time of introduction

Cold lists, scraped contacts, non-consensual introductions, and mass intros without context do not qualify.
